1046. John WINSLOW was born on 16 April 1597 in Droitwich, Worcestershire, England. He died on 21 May 1674 at the age of 77 in Boston, Suffolk Co., MA. He arrived in 1621 on the "Fortune." He first resided in Plymouth and moved to Boston in 1657, selling his house and land in Plymouth to Edward Gray and buying a mansion in Boston. He was a merchant by occupation. He was brother to Governor Edward Winslow. His will was dated March 12, 1673, and proved May 21, 1674.

1047. Mary CHILTON8 was born before 31 May 1607 in St. Peter's Parish, Sandwich, Kent, England.406 She died on 1 May 1679 at the age of 71 in Boston, Suffolk Co., MA. Mary Chilton is said to be the first of the Mayflower passengers to step onto Plymouth Rock.
