85. Frank REGISTER was born in 1857 in St. Philip's, Sheffield, Yorkshire, England. He was a lodger living at 1 Church St., Hargrave, Shropshire, working as a school master in the 1881 Census. By the 1891 Census, he was married, head master at an elementary school, and living with his family in The Green, Chalfont St. Giles, South Buckinghamshire. They continued to live at the school house through the 1901 Census.

Ellen A. was born in 1859 in Blandford, Dorset, England.
