176. Dr. Oakford Allen KELLS was born on 9 December 1885 in MN.⁷¹ He died on 27 August 1926 at the age of 40 in Kirkland, King Co., WA. He graduated from the Minneapolis College of Physicians and Surgeons, Hamline University Medical Dept. in 1908, and Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, 1909. In the 1910 Census, he was a physician at the Northern State Hospital in Missoula, MT. He moved to Issaquah, King Co., WA in 1913 where he established a general medical practice.
