73. Elizabeth E. KELLS⁶⁷ was born on 1 July 1837 in Taghkanic, Columbia Co., NY.⁶⁸ She died on 15 March 1881 at the age of 43 in Waukesha Co., WI. In the 1880 Census, she was married to Jesse Draper and had three children. They were living in Parkers Prairie, Otter's Tail Co., MN. She listed rheumatism as a disability.

Elizabeth E. KELLS and Jesse DRAPER were married before 12 October 1857. Jesse DRAPER was born on 18 November 1827 in Fayette County, Indiana. He died on 26 April 1888 at the age of 60 in Todd County, MN. He was buried in Parkers Prairie, MN. The 1880 Census shows Jesse Draper, his wife Elizabeth, and three childen living in Parkers Prairie, Otter's Tail Co., MN.
