67. John F. KELLS was born about 1840 in Hudson, Columbia Co., NY. He died after 1910 at the age of 70. He was in partnership with Dederick (Delos) in a fish, fruit, etc. market at 200 Warren St. in the 1878 Hudson Directory. He lived at 12 North Front Street. In 1870 and 1872, he was a painter, living at 14 N. First, Hudson, NY (city directory). In 1881 he sold fruits and oysters at 213 Warren St.

In the 1880 Census, the family was living at 24 North Front Street in Hudson. John had a fish market.

John F. KELLS and Elizabeth ROWE (?) were married about 1863 in NY. Elizabeth ROWE (?) was born about 1845. She died after 1910 at the age of 65. In the 1880 Census, Elizabeth Rowe, 61, was living with the family.

Frederick KELLS was born on 12 July 1874 in Hudson, Columbia Co., NY. He died after 1920 at the age of 46. He was a cotton winder at the time of the 1900 Census. He was living at home with his mother, brother Burgess, and sister Eva L. In 1910, he was living in a boarding house in Hudson and working as a salesman in a variety store. He was living at 538 Warren in Hudson when he signed up for the draft in 1917, listing Ada E. Hallenbeck, his sister, as contact. At the time of the 1920 Census, he was living with his sister and brother-in-law in Hudson, Edward and Ada Hallenbeck. He's listed as married, but no wife is listed.

Burgess Bertie KELLS was born on 6 May 1877 in Hudson, Columbia Co., NY. He died in 1957 at the age of 80 in Pinellas Co, FL. He was a cotton winder at the time of the 1900 Census, living with his mother, sister, and brother in Hudson. He was living in Springfield, MA (Arch St.) and working in card and paper sales in 1910. In 1910 he was lodging with the Resevers in Springfield. When registering for the World War II draft, he was living at 214 Main St., New Britain, CT, and working for Landers Fearey & Clark in New Britain.
