5. Isaac LEONARD14 was born about 1650 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA. He died on 10 December 1717 at the age of 67 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA. He was a weaver by occupation. He was a soldier in the Great Swamp Fight in December 1675 in King Philip's War. He resided in Bridgewater, MA, and owned land in Mendon and Worcester, MA. He bought a lot in Easton in Oct 1713. He found a bed of bog-iron ore nearby in some land of his brother-in-law, Nathaniel Manley. For this service Manley deeded to him one-third of all the iron ore that should be taken from it.

Isaac LEONARD and Deliverance AMES were married about 1676 in MA. Deliverance AMES was born on 6 December 1653 in Braintree, MA.
