217. Capt. David LEONARD⁶² was born on 29 July 1734 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA.²⁶ He died on 24 November 1813 at the age of 79 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA.¹⁴⁷
He was a Minuteman at Lexington and Concord. DAR.

Capt. David LEONARD and Mary HALL were married on 24 May 1770 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA. Mary HALL, daughter of Joseph HALL and Mary ANDREWS, was born on 21 August 1750 in Taunton, Bristol Co., MA. She died on 4 December 1839 at the age of 89 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA. Mary Hall married David Leonard of the Solomon line and had 13 children, all of whom are descendants of both James Leonard and Solomon Leonard. They are to be found in the Solomon Leonard book.
