24. Ruth LEONARD was born on 12 March 1795 in Norton, Bristol Co., MA. She died on 21 July 1866 at the age of 71 in Sutton, Worcester Co., MA.²⁶ Source: Note sent by Wardwell C. Leonard, Jr.. He lists children as Ruth Ann, Asa Barney, Timothy Reuben, and Lucy Cordelia. ECL/GML listed Ruben G., Asa, and Jesse.

Ruth LEONARD and Timothy LINCOLN were married on 3 December 1821 in Norton, Bristol Co., MA.⁵ Timothy LINCOLN, son of Asa LINCOLN and Sarah CARPENTER, was born on 17 December 1786 in Massachusetts. He died on 8 November 1853 at the age of 66 in Sutton, Worcester Co., MA. According to the 1850 Census, he was a farmer, and the family was living in Sutton, MA.

Ruth LEONARD and Timothy LINCOLN had the following children:

98	ii.	Timothy Reuben LINCOLN was born on 26 May 1826 in Taunton, Bristol Co., MA. He died on 30 April 1904 at the age of 77 in East Providence, RI.
99	iii.	Asa Barney LINCOLN was born on 5 May 1828 in Norton, Bristol Co., MA. He died on 9 December 1896 at the age of 68. He married Lucy A. Elliott 1 Jan 1859.
100	iv.	Lucy Cordelia LINCOLN was born on 14 November 1830 in Norton, Bristol Co., MA.
101	v.	Jesse LINCOLN was born in 1836.

Ruth LEONARD and James PROUTY were married in 1865.²⁷ James PROUTY was born in 1793 in Westmoreland, Cheshire Co., NH. He died in 1883 at the age of 90 in Sutton, Worcester Co., MA.
