Lydia Cushing LEONARD and Benjamin S. BUKER were married in 1842 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA.44 Benjamin S. BUKER, son of David BUKER, was born about 1824 in Maine. In the 1850 Census, he was a carpenter living with his wife and son in Ward 4, Providence. Also living with them were his wife's mother and sister.

Charles Benjamin BUKER was born in 1848. Uncle Benjamin Arnold set him up in the electrical business in San Diego, CA. He and his wife Kate had three children: Lillie, Fannie, and Benjamin.
