47. Henry LEONARD³⁸ was born on 17 May 1843 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England.²⁴ He died about 1928 at the age of 85. The family was living on Slope Street, St. Martin Ward, Birmingham, in the 1871 Census.

The family was living at 8 Ct. 1 H Upper Thomas Street, Aston, in the 1881 Census. Henry, Daniel and Samuel are listed as gun barrel filers.

The family was living at Waste Lane, Berkswell, Warwickshire, at the time of the 1901 Census. Frederick and Charles were still living at home.

Henry took ovr the business of D Leonard & Sons sometime before his father Daniel died in 1879. After Henry, Charles took it over somewhere around 1925.

Henry LEONARD and Ann MERIDITH were married about 1863. Ann MERIDITH was born about 1845 in Birmingham, Warwickshire, England. Or was her name Mildreth?

Henry LEONARD and Ann MERIDITH had the following children:
