1249. Charles Pinckney LEONARD was born on 22 August 1826 in Lowville, Lewis Co., NY. He died on 6 June 1904 at the age of 77 in Lowville, Lewis Co., NY. He was one of the founders of the Black River National Bank of Lowville, of which institution he was president at the time of his death. He was also president of the Lowville & Beaver Railroad company, a trustee of Lowville Academy, chairman of the board of trustees of the Presbyterian Church, and vice president of the Board of Water Commissioners.

Charles Pinckney LEONARD and Sarah TYLER were married on 11 January 1849. Sarah TYLER died on 27 May 1865 in Lowville, Lewis Co., NY.

Charles Pinckney LEONARD and Elizabeth Glasgow PELTON were married in 1872 in Lowville, Lewis Co., NY. Elizabeth Glasgow PELTON was born about 1838 in NY. She died on 19 February 1901 at the age of 63 in Lowville, Lewis Co., NY.
