Edwin Ufford LEONARD and Carolyn "Daisy" SHIRLEY were married on 12 May 1899 in MA. Carolyn "Daisy" SHIRLEY, daughter of John M. SHIRLEY and Emery E. BARRON, was born in 1872 in MA. She died on 2 February 1956 at the age of 84.

Edwin Ufford LEONARD and Carolyn "Daisy" SHIRLEY had the following children:

2045	i.	Edwin C. LEONARD was born on 2 March 1900 in Boston, Suffolk Co., MA. He died in 1918 at the age of 18.
2046	ii.	Shirley G. LEONARD was born about 1904 in Agawam, Hampden Co., MA.
2047	iii.	Elizabeth Barron LEONARD was born about 1905 in Feeding Hills, Agawam, Hampden Co., MA. She graduated from West Springfield public schools in 1922. She worked as a librarian for the Framingham town library and from 1955 to 1970 as a librarian for the Fisheries Service at Woods Hole, MA. She died in Falmouth at the age of 83.
2048	iv.	Margery Chittendon LEONARD was born on 5 January 1907 in Agawam, Hampden Co., MA. She attended Agawam public schools and graduated in 1925. She graduated from Pembroke College at Brown University, graduating in 1929. She later obtained degrees from Boston University and Simmons College. She became a lawyer and was active in the movement for equal rights.
2049	v.	Preston Shirley LEONARD was born on 20 April 1910 in Agawam, Hampden Co., MA. He died on 15 August 1936 at the age of 26. He attended St. John's College in Annapolis, MD and entered the University of Maryland Law School. He fill ill in 1933 and died in 1936.
