Moses Shepard, guardian of Sarah Leonard, a dau. of Joseph Leonard, dec'd, late of Middletown, petitioned the cour for a division of the real estated owned by Josep Leonard, dec'd, who had died, leaving several children, all under 21 years of age. Joseph Leonard's widow had remarried to Benjamin Cooper, who now possessed, and was wasting the real estate of said deceased.

    A division of the reas estate owned by Joseph Leonard, dec'd. Children: Oldest dau. Sarah Leonard, second dau., Ann Leonard; Nathaniel Leonard; and Samuel Leonard.
