1538. Solomon LEONARD was born on 23 Nov 1784 in West Stockbridge, Massachusetts. He died on 24 Mar 1866 in Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY. He was buried in Brown Settlement Cemetery, Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY. He and his father were in the 1830 Census for Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY.In the 1850 Census, Solomon and his sons were tanners.

Solomon Leonard came with his father to Berkshire in 1793 when he was 9years old. On reaching his majority, he became a partner with Asa in thebusiness of tanning and currying. He married Nancy Ann Waldo and settledon the south side of Leonard street, where Joseph Waldo Leonard now(1887) lives.... Nancy Ann WALDO (daughter of Dr. Joseph WALDO and Anne Nancy BLISS) was born on 10 Dec 1791 in West Stockbridge, Massachusetts. She died on 1 Nov 1830 in Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY. She was buried in Brown Settlement Cemetery, Berkshire, Tioga Co., NY. Birth date may be wrong -- she was apparently alive for 1850 Census. Solomon LEONARD and Nancy Ann WALDO had the following children:
