488. Hannah COBB.

Hannah COBB and Rev. Josiah CROCKER were married on 6 Nov 1751. Rev. Josiah CROCKER519 (son of Desire THACHER) was born on 30 Oct 1719 in Yarmouth, MA. He died on 28 Aug 1774 in Taunton, MA. Rev. Josiah Crocker was the friend of Whitfield and in some traitsresembled him. At the early age of 15 he entered Harvard College and wasordained at the age of 23. He was of an ardent temperment; zealous andearnest, yet tender and persuasive in his matter. Like other zealousmen, he was not always cautious in his expressions. He had many warmfriends and some enemies. His granddaughter Hannah M. Crocker was theauthor of the "Rights of Woman," published in 1818. Hannah COBB and Rev. Josiah CROCKER had the following children:
