716. Rev. Pardon TILLINGHAST was born on 16 March 1622 in Beachy Head, Sussex, England. He died on 29 January 1718 at the age of 95 in Providence, RI. He was a shopkeeper and a cooper. He was received as a quarter share man in Providence January 19, 1646. A descendant, Moses Brown, says that he served in Cromwell's army in England. In 1681 he was pastor of the First Baptist Church in Providence, where he was "remarkable for his plainness and his piety." Lydia Masters TABOR and Rev. Pardon TILLINGHAST were married on 16 April 1664 in Providence, RI.

717. Lydia Masters TABOR was born on 8 November 1640 in Yarmouth, Barnstable, England. She died in 1720 at the age of 80 in Providence, RI.
