268. Joseph BENT²⁷⁰ was born on 16 May 1641 in Sudbury, MA. He died in 1675 at the age of 34 in Sudbury, Middlesex Co., MA. He moved to Marshfield when he married and was constable there in 1669. He moved back to Sudbury in 1671. He was the father of six children, although the names of two daughters are not known. He was killed accidentally by a pistol shot fired by his brother Peter. Elizabeth BOURNE and Joseph BENT were married on 30 June 1666 in Marshfield, Plymouth Co., MA.²⁷¹

269. Elizabeth BOURNE was born on 31 May 1646 in Marshfield, Plymouth Co., MA.²⁷² She died in 1684 at the age of 38 in Marshfield, Plymouth Co., MA. See also "The Bourne Genealogy," Helen Bourne Joy Le, Chester, CT, 1972.
