	iv.	Richard HICKS was born before 17 September 1609 in Bermondsey and Southwark, Surrey, England. He died before 1625 at the age of 16.
	v.	Samuel HICKS⁴⁰² was born before 18 August 1611 in Southmark, London, England. He was born before 18 August 1611. He died between 1675 and 1677 at the age of 64 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., MA.
	vi.	Lydia HICKS^402,403 was born before 6 September 1612 in Chicester, Sussex, England. She died in 1677 at the age of 65 in Plymouth, Plymouth Co., MA.
