49. Matilda DANIELSDOTTER was born on 18 August 1834 in Stora Gärdet, Hössna, Älvsborg län, Sweden. She died on 26 March 1908 at the age of 73 in Cranston, Providence Co., RI. In 1856, Matilda moved to Ofve Rullen (p. 181 Gardoka Rote, Stora Gärdet, Household Examination 1856-1861).

Matilda DANIELSDOTTER and Johan August SJÖBERG were married on 24 October 1863 in Sweden. The family lived on North Street in Warwick in 1920. Johan August SJÖBERG, son of Carl Andersson SJÖBERG and Cajsa ANDERSDOTTER, was born on 23 January 1838 in Gällstad, Älvsborg län, Sweden. They first settle with Johan's parents in Södra Säm, move to Ulriceham in 1864, then back to Södra Säm in 1866.

They left Sweden on 6 May 1893 on the Saga from Gothenburg with Victor and Ruth, travelled to England, train across England to Liverpool, left Liverpool on 1 June 1893 on the Labrador.

Matilda DANIELSDOTTER and Johan August SJÖBERG had the following children:

62	vi.	Hyalmar SJÖBERG was born about 1876 in Sweden. He died after 1940 at the age of 64 in Rhode Island?. He was living with his nephew Carl V. Sjoberg at the time of the 1940 Census. He was a laborer. He is listed as single (not married, not widowed).
