128. Marion Louise REGESTER was born on 13 November 1896 in Providence, RI. She died on 21 March 1979 at the age of 82 in Glendale, Los Angeles Co., CA. She had Social Security Number 554-24-0896. Marion was buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, Los Angeles Co., CA. In the 1900 Census, she is listed as boarding with Jeffrey R. Munroe, silver polisher, and his wife Christina Regester in Meriden, CT. Jeffrey and Christina had been married ten years and apparently had no children of their own. Marion's mother died two years earlier, and she apparently went to live with her aunt and uncle (Christina was her father Ernest's sister). My father recalled that Marion went to live with "Uncle Am" (Uncle M) in California, so the Munroe's must have moved to California sometime after 1900 (Charles W. Regester used to vacation with the Munroe's in California after he retired).

Marion Louise REGESTER and Morse Maitland PREEMAN were married about 1916. Morse Maitland PREEMAN⁵⁰, son of PREEMAN and Helen MORSE, was born on 8 February 1897 in Cape Girardeau, MO.⁵¹ He died on 20 April 1946 at the age of 49 in Glendale, Los Angeles Co., CA.⁵¹ He was a merchant -- sheet music -- in the 1930 Census. SS#545-18-8936. Ernest W. Regester was living with them at the time of the Census. The family was living at 1421 Moncado Drive, Glendale, LA, CA, at the time of the 1930 Census. His father was born in France; his mother in Kansas.

He and Marion married when they were both 19.

Marion Louise REGESTER and Morse Maitland PREEMAN had the following children:
