304. John Bennett MUNRO was born on 20 September 1820 in Bristol, RI. He died on 1 February 1881 at the age of 60. He was a merchant at the time of the 1850 Census. He served in the state legislature from 1853 to 1857.

John Bennett MUNRO and Abby Howland BATT were married on 25 December 1846 in Bristol, Bristol Co., RI. Abby Howland BATT, daughter of James BATT and Hannah WALDRON, was born about 1824. She died on 10 November 1916 at the age of 92 in Bristol, Bristol Co., RI.
