22. John GOODWIN was born about 1786 in Derbyshire. He lived in Elton, Huntingdonshire, England in 1851. If I have the right family, they were living in Glossop, Derbyshire, in 1841.

23. Anne was born about 1786 in Derbyshire, England. A John Goodwin married Ann Winterbottom 18 June 1805 at Glossop, Derby, England (Derby borders Yorkshire near Sheffield).

There was a John George Goodwin, 74, widowed, former stone mason, living on Fitzallan St., Glossop Dale, Derby, in the 1881 Census. He would have been born in 1807.

In the 1841 Census, an Ann Goodwin, 75, was living with Thomas Goodwin, 40, Hannah Goodwin, 35, Dennis Goodwin, 9, and Walter Goodwin, 2. Nether Hallam, Wentworth Terrace. Another Ann Goodwin, 57, was living with Frances, 26, and John, 23, in Chesterfield, Derby. Another John Goodwin, 55, cloth weaver, and Ann Goodwin, 55, was living in Glossop, Derby, with son John, Jr., 30, Hannah, 20, and Mary, 20.

Children were:
