His wife may have been Dorothy Jones. He joined the colonists under Anthony Thacher who went to Cape Cod and founded Yarmouth. His first house was built on Quivet Neck, with a second built nearby. He initially lived at Plymouth, but then removed to Marblehead and later to Yarmouth.

	i.	Deborah SEARS was born about 1639. She was born in September 1639 in Yarmouth, Barnstable, MA. She was born in September 1639. Deborah died on 17 August 1732 at the age of 92 in Yarmouth, Barnstable, MA. She died on 17 August 1732 at the age of 92.
	ii.	Silas SEARS was born after 1632. He died on 13 January 1697 at the age of 65 in Yarmouth, Barnstable, MA.
