His death certificate from Massachusetts lists him as the son of William Leonard and Dinah Burt, with son William E. (Everett) Leonard reporting the death and burial in Raynham. The 1870 Census has him living in Flora, Boone Co., IL, with wife Angelia, 39, and children Edgar, Flora, Charles, Clarence, and unnamed baby Leonard. George Washington Burt LEONARD and Eliza J. His parents were William Leonard and Dinah Burt. Hers were Samuel Worthy and Asenath Sargent. Eliza J. WORTHLY, daughter of Samuel WORTHLY and Asenath SARGENT, was born (date unknown). George Washington Burt LEONARD and Priscilla Ann WILBUR were married on 15 September 1843. Priscilla Ann WILBUR, daughter of Benjamin Franklin WILBUR, was born on 26 March 1824 in Sidney, Kennebec Co., ME. She died on 24 March 1866 at the age of 41.
