Sixth Generation

575. David LEONARD¹⁵⁶ was born on 9 February 1766 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA. He died on 8 January 1849 at the age of 82. He removed to Yarmouth, ME, about 1804, and late in life returned to Bridgewater. He and his brother Benjamin died on the same day and were buried in the same grave.

David LEONARD and Abigail CLARK were married on 17 January 1796. Abigail CLARK, daughter of Benjamin CLARK and Tabitha CHUBBUCK, was born in October 1770 in Plymouth, MA.

David LEONARD and Abigail CLARK had the following children:

1392	iv.	Ira LEONARD³²⁰ was born on 7 June 1806 in Yarmouth, ME. Ira went to Brazil.

1394	vi.	Apphia Marston LEONARD³²⁰ was born on 4 February 1809 in Yarmouth, ME. She died on 19 December 1890 at the age of 81.
