Seventh Generation

1284. Seth LEONARD²⁹⁷ was born on 2 October 1786 in Pittstown, Luzerne Co., PA. He died in March 1832 at the age of 45 in MI. He resided in Chenango Co., NY, until 1832, when he went to Michigan and bought a farm of 80 acres in Troy, a small portion of which had been cleared. He returned for his family, but was taken ill and soon died. The following year, his widow removed with her nine children and took possession of the land he had bought.

Seth LEONARD and Hannah ALLISON were married in 1813. Hannah ALLISON was born about 1793 in NY. She was living with son Charles in the 1850 Census. Lucy Phelps, 5, was living with them.

Seth LEONARD and Hannah ALLISON had the following children:

2357	ix.	Christopher LEONARD⁴⁸⁶ was born about 1829. He died in 1838 at the age of 9. He died when he was 9 years old.
