Andrew Ferley's company of the First Batallion, PA militia, in the Revolutionary War. He was a volunteer in 1782 in Col. William Crawford expedition to the Sandusky River in Indian country that became northwest Ohio. The campaign ended in disaster, and the Colonel was captured and burned at the stake.
