Josiah LEONARD²⁸⁵ was born on 8 August 1758 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Co., MA.¹⁶¹ He died on 29 November 1839 at the age of 81 in Middleborough, Plymouth Co, MA.¹⁴⁵ He's said sometimes to have been the Josiah Leonard born in Buckland, Franklin Co., but he's in Middleborough VR's as marrying in Middleborough. There's no sign that they had children.

He was a Revolutionary War pensioner (files on Footnote.com). He was from Bridgewater when he served, and applied for a pension from Middleborough.

Josiah LEONARD and Lurany KEITH were married on 13 May 1784 in Middleborough, Plymouth Co, MA.¹⁴⁵ Lurany KEITH, daughter of Joseph KEITH and Chloe PACKARD, died on 18 October 1850 in Middleborough, Plymouth Co, MA.¹⁴⁵ She was born in Middleborough, Plymouth Co, MA.
