102. Darius Putnam LEONARD was born on 31 March 1826 in Northbridge, Worcester Co., MA.⁴⁶ He died on 12 September 1913 at the age of 87 in Webster, Worcester Co., MA. Or did he die in Northbridge? He was buried in West Sutton Cemetery, Worcester Co., MA. He resided in Sutton, MA. He was a carpenter at the time of his marriage. They were married by Rodney Gage, Pastor, Methodist Episcopal Church, Sutton. In the 1850 Census, he was a shoemaker. The 1870 Census lists his wife as Lucy, 29. A second wife? In the 1880 Census, he was living with sons Arthur, Reuben, and Edward in Sutton. He was residing at 7 1/2 Park Street, Webster, MA, when he died. He died of lobar pneumonia. They were 4th cousins, once removed.

Darius Putnam LEONARD and Rosaltha Angela "Lucy" HEWETT were married on 26 March 1857 in Sutton, Worcester Co., MA. Rosaltha Angela "Lucy" HEWETT, daughter of Orrison HEWETT and Phebe TITUS, was born on 14 February 1837 in Auburn, Worcester Co., MA. She died on 6 April 1870 at the age of 33 in West Sutton, Worcester Co., MA. She died of consumption. She was buried in West Sutton Cemetery, Worcester Co., MA.
