5. Alexander LEONARD² was born about 1816 in NY. He died on 13 February 1895 at the age of 79 in Bradford Co., PA. He was buried in Checkerville Cemetery, South Creek twp., Bradford Co., PA. In the 1850 Census, the family was living in Springfield, Bradford Co., PA. Alex (Alexander?) was a farmer. They were living next to Charles and Mahala Leonard and their family, including Jonas Leonard (father?). In the 1860 Census, he was living in Springfield with his family. His age was 39, birth 1820? In the 1870 Census, the family was living at Columbia Crossroads, South Creek.

Elizabeth Lydia BARDWELL¹ was born about 1831 in PA.
