24. Sylvester LEONARD was born on 11 December 1821 in Essex Co., NY. He died on 29 March 1914 at the age of 92 in Fairbank, Buchanon Co., IA. He was buried at Fairbank Cemetery in Fairbank, Buchanon Co., IA. He enlisted in the Union Army 1 Jul 1863.

Sylvester LEONARD and Lura RISLEY were married in 1847. Lura RISLEY was born in 1818. She died in 1904 at the age of 86.

96	vii.	Albert Carey LEONARD was born in 1860 in IL. He died in 1942 at the age of 82 in Spokane, Spokane Co., WA.
