28. Cecil M. LEONARD was born on 20 June 1845 in Trumbull, OH. She died on 1 January 1894 at the age of 48 in Burlingame, Osage Co., KS. He does not appear in the 1860 or 1870 Censuses.

Cecil M. LEONARD and James Abel NETTLETRON were married on 23 December 1865. James Abel NETTLETRON was born in 1838. He died in 1894 at the age of 56.
