13. Osborne LEONARD was born in February 1860 in Preston, Wayne Co., PA. At the time of the 1900 Census, the family was living in Scranton, Lackawanna Co., PA. Osborne was an assistant secretary with the railroad.

Osborne LEONARD and Ida were married. Ida was born in November 1862 in PA.

Osborne LEONARD and Ida had the following children:

29	i.	Arlington D. LEONARD was born in August 1884 in PA.
30	ii.	May C. LEONARD was born in December 1887 in PA.
31	iii.	William L. LEONARD was born in March 1890 in PA.
32	iv.	Elva S. LEONARD was born in October 1893 in PA.
33	v.	Millard M. LEONARD was born in May 1897 in PA.
