2205. Joel Charles LEONARD²¹⁷³ was born on 21 June 1796 in Chittenden, Rutland Co., VT. He died on 30 June 1879 at the age of 83. He was a Methodist minister.

Joel Charles LEONARD and Susan S. CAPEN were married on 2 January 1822. Susan S. CAPEN, daughter of Thomas CAPEN and Rachel LAMBERT, was born on 13 April 1795 in Augusta, Kennebec Co., ME. She died on 28 August 1883 at the age of 88.
