3612. Rev. Delevan Levant LEONARD³¹⁴⁷ was born on 20 July 1834 in Pendleton, NY. He died on 26 January 1917 at the age of 82 in Oberlin, Lorain Co., OH. He graduated from Hamilton College in NY in 1859 and was a Congregational minister in New Preston, CT, until 1885. He then served in Darlington, WI, Normal, IL, Hannibal, MO, Northfield, MN, and Belleville, OH, before settling down in Oberlin, Lorain Co., OH. He wrote a book in 1898: The Story of Oberlin (College).

Rev. Delevan Levant LEONARD and Mary Louise RAYMOND were married on 25 May 1864 in Clinton, NY. Mary Louise RAYMOND was born on 26 December 1838 in Springport, Cayuga Co., NY.
