1270. Arnold LEONARD^47,1368 was born on 7 November 1792 in Raynham, Bristol Co., MA.¹³⁶⁹ He died on 4 January 1873 at the age of 80. The family was living in Tinmouth, Rutland Co., VT, at the time of the 1850 Census. Arnold was a farmer. All 5 children are listed as here. In the 1870 Census, Arnold is listed as Alfred. Alvira is living with her parents, as are George and Eliza and their son Edwin. In the 1880 Census, Freelove is a widow. Her daughters Elvira and Phebe are living with her. In the 1900 Census, Elvira (Alvina) and Phebe are living together.

It's doubtful he was the son of Arnold of NH, given birth date. Census says he was born in MA. He probably was the son of Simeon Leonard of Raynham, MA. ECL: "Went to Maine."

Arnold LEONARD and Freelove BUCK were married about 1823. Freelove BUCK was born in 1797 in VT.

Arnold LEONARD and Freelove BUCK had the following children:

2489	ii.	Chapman LEONARD was born about 1826 in Tinmouth, Rutland Co., VT. He died on 3 December 1866 at the age of 40 in Tinmouth , VT.
