He married Charlotte Howe Johnson. He was Lieutenant Governor of Massachusetts in 1904 and Governor 1906-09. He was ambassador to Russia, 1911-13.
3852	ii.	Sarah Louise GUILD was born on 14 August 1862 in Boston, Suffolk Co., MA. She died on 3 April 1949 at the age of 86 in Boston, Suffolk Co., MA.
3853	iii.	Courtenay GUILD was born on 6 December 1865 in Boston, Suffolk Co., MA. She died on 24 April 1946 at the age of 80 in MA.
