He was a blacksmith. His wife probably had died. He did not have a son, Heil or Hiel. That was an Eli Leonard in PA.

Ellis LEONARD and Nancy WOODS were married on 10 April 1823. Nancy WOODS died before 1850 in Foxborough, Norfolk Co., MA. She was born in Mansfield, Bristol Co., MA.

Ellis LEONARD and Nancy WOODS had the following children:
