205. Tabitha LEONARD272 was born in 1717 in Raynham, Bristol Co., MA. She died on 8 April 1749 at the age of 32 in Raynham, Bristol Co., MA. She was buried in Brettun Cemetery, Center St., N. Raynham. ECL: Eva L. Moffett, a descendant of the Brittons, stated that the Ebenezer Britton who was appointed guardian of Seth married Tabitha Leonard who she thinks was a daughter of Seth. This Ebenezer kept a book of accounts for 20 years in which he speaks of Seth Leonard as "Father Leonard." He was administrator of Seth's estate.

Tabitha LEONARD and Ebenezer BRITTON were married on 20 May 1735 in Raynham, Bristol Co., MA.47 Ebenezer BRITTON, son of William BRITTON and Lydia LEONARD, was born on 1 June 1715 in Raynham, Bristol Co., MA. He died on 21 January 1788 at the age of 72 in Westmoreland, Cheshire Co., NH. He moved to Westmoreland, NH, in 1771, buying 8 Jul 1771 108 acres of land there. Ebenezer kept a book of accounts for 20 years in which he speaks of Seth as "Father Leonard." He was administrator of Seth's estate. He was a committed patriot in support of the Revolutionary War.

Ebenezer and Sarah had 12 children: Ebenezer, David, Abigail, Wealthy,Mercy, Samuel,Asa, Stephen, Squire, Sarah, Calvin, Luther, and Martin. Calvin became a brigadier general in the MA militia.
