This George's will probated in 1779, names wife Rachel, son George, daughter Rachel Barnes, wife of David Barnes of Scituate, and daughter Anna Chandler, wife of Gardner Chandler.

Col., Hon. George LEONARD and Rachel CLAPP were married on 9 November 1721 in Norton, Bristol Co., MA. Rachel CLAPP52, daughter of Stephen CLAPP and Elizabeth , was born in 1701 in Scituate, Plymouth Co, MA. She died on 23 April 1783 at the age of 82 in Norton, Bristol Co., MA. She was admitted to the Boston Church in 1725.
