2009. Nathaniel LEONARD1142,1733,1734 was born on 20 May 1792 in Middleborough, Plymouth Co, MA.2 He died on 14 July 1833 at the age of 41 in Attleboro, Bristol Co., MA.1735 ECL: "He moved to Attleboro."

Nathaniel Leonard, then residing in Bristol, RI, was probably the one who married Sarah Seamans of Rehoboth, MA, on or about February 21, 1815. They were married by Rev. Mr. Bates. The marriage was announced in the American (newspaper) of February 21, 1815. He may have moved to Attleboro thereafter.

There was also a Nathaniel Leonard, probably this one, who married Fidelia Runnels of Middleborough 2 February 1832. A Nathaniel Leonard died in Middleborough 14 July 1833. Fidelia Runnels then became Fidelia Leonard and later married Luther Howland.

There was a Rev. Nathaniel Leonard in Attleborough in 1748, apparently a Congregationalist (Daggett's History of Attleborough). This was probably another Nathaniel Leonard.

Nathaniel LEONARD and Sarah SEAMANS were married before 21 February 1815 in Bristol, RI.2012 Sarah SEAMANS was born in Rehoboth, Bristol Co., MA.

Fidelia LEONARD1731,1732, daughter of Thomas Frederick LEONARD and Sarah MURDOCK, was born on 13 March 1811 in Middleborough, Plymouth Co, MA.71 She died on 16 December 1884 at the age of 73. Which Fidelia Leonard married Luther Howland -- the Fidelia Runnels Leonard whose husband, Nathaniel, had died; or the Fidelia Leonard who was the daughter of Thomas and Sally Leonard? A Fidelia Leonard married George W. Quindley 9 Feb 1834 in Norton, MA.
