8. Rebecca LEONARD was born in 1657. She died on 15 March 1736 at the age of 79 in Dennis, Barnstable Co., MA. She's mentioned in the Chapman Genealogy (Charles B. Gerard, Descendants of Ralph Chapman, 1876), as are all of her and Isaac's children.

Rebecca LEONARD and Isaac CHAPMAN were married on 2 September 1678 in Dennis, MA. Isaac CHAPMAN³⁵, son of Ralph CHAPMAN and Lydia WILLS, was born on 4 August 1647 in Marshfield, Plymouth Co., MA. He died on 9 June 1737 at the age of 89 in Dennis, Barnstable Co., MA. He learned the iron business from the Leonards. In 1689 he moved to Yarmouth, MA.

Rebecca LEONARD and Isaac CHAPMAN had the following children:

58	i.	Lydia CHAPMAN was born on 15 December 1679 in Dennis, Barnstable Co., MA. She died on 4 September 1760 at the age of 80. She married John Dillingham.
59	ii.	John CHAPMAN was born on 12 May 1681 in Dennis, Barnstable Co., MA.
60	iii.	Hannah CHAPMAN was born on 26 December 1682 in Dennis, Barnstable Co., MA. She died as a child.
61	iv.	James CHAPMAN was born on 5 August 1685 in Dennis, Barnstable Co., MA. He married Mehitable Throop. They had no children.
62	v.	Abigail CHAPMAN was born on 11 July 1687 in Dennis, Barnstable Co., MA.
63	vi.	Hannah CHAPMAN was born on 10 April 1690 in Dennis, Barnstable Co., MA. She married Ebenezer Holmes, b. 25 Apr 1693 in Marshfield.
