Mary ATHERTON and Nathaniel WILLIAMS were married on 12 May 1737.³⁷⁴ Nathaniel WILLIAMS, son of Nathaniel WILLIAMS and Lydia KING, died on 24 May 1775. Will of Nathaniel Williams, Jr.: The Mayflower Descendant, XXIII, p. 7. It names his sons and his daughters. Edmund Williams and Susanna Dean were witnesses. Nathaniel and Mary had 9 children: Seth Williams, Nathaniel Williams, John Williams, Joshua Williams, Mary Williams, Phebe Williams, Hannah Williams, Elizabeth Williams, and Judith Williams.
