Lottie F. WALDRON and Emanuel George RANDS were married on 21 March 1905 in RI. Emanuel George RANDS was born on 26 May 1881. He died on 27 June 1930 at the age of 49 in RI. Next of kin at death were William B. Rands and Elizabeth Rands. At the time of the World War I draft registration, he was living at 350 Pine Street in Providence. He was a clerk at the Arabic Case Loan Association (illegible?), 144 Westminister St., Providence. His nearest relative was Mrs. William (illegible) at 77 Elton Street, Proidence. He was tall and slender. In the 1923 and 1927 Providence City Directories, he was a clerk living at 21 Court Street.

Lottie F. WALDRON and Henry P. HINDS were married on 20 April 1912 in RI.4179 Henry P. HINDS was born in January 1867 in Massachusetts. In the 1920 Census, they were living at 295 Park Avenue in Cranston. Bertha Rands was living with them. No other children are listed as living with them. Henry was a foreman in a fence factory. In the 1924 and 1926 Cranston City Directories, he was living at 744 Park Avenue, midway in the block after Greenwood St. crosses, with wife Lottie. He's mentioned in the 1940 Providence City Directory as living at 295 Vermont Avenue.

His first wife was Rose K. Hinds, who died January 12, 1911, according to RI Deaths, 1636-1930. The 1900 Census lists him as married to Fannie.
