8. Thankful LEONARD was born on 17 October 1785 in Whiting, Addison Co., VT. They lived in Franklin Co. in 1820, then moved to St. Lawrence Co., NY, before the 1830 Census and were still there in the 1850 Census.

Thankful LEONARD and Roderick SEGAR were married. Roderick SEGAR was born in 1781 in MA. He was the cousin of Olive Segar who married Thankful's brother, George.
